At MVC Eagle Beach, sustainability is not a trend; it is a tradition. Our team continues to champion eco-friendly practices across operations, from energy-efficient systems and waste reduction programs to community partnerships that strengthen Aruba’s social and environmental well-being.
In 2024, our resort achieved energy consumption of just 83.5 MJ per guest night, outperforming the regional average of 144 MJ. This result places MVC Eagle Beach among the most energy-efficient resorts in the region. These savings translate into a smaller carbon footprint and more sustainable operations across every department.
Our waste management practices also continue to set benchmarks, with only 1.3 liters of waste per guest night compared to the regional average of 4.5 liters. Through increased recycling and mindful purchasing, we have successfully minimized the amount of waste sent to landfill.
