The MVC is absolutely amazing. It's great to visit a place and it makes you feel like you are at home. It's quiet, comfortable and breathtaking. The MVC Staff are very welcoming and they are truly happy people. Each time we come to Aruba, this will be our number 1 choice. We've come here 2 times in a row and when we visit in 2016, we will be staying here again. We'll try to bring family and friends too!

Kevin & Elyse and Amparo and all in the restaurant art so sweet and attentive. the food is the best. this is a little heaven to us. we really love you all and our little island in the sun. thanks for all you hospitality.

Wij komen hier zeker weer in mei 2015!! Complimenten voor al het personeel!
Amazing- Just Amazing! The MVC was everything we hoped it would be. Quiet, clean and personable. Everyone was so friendly, The bar/restaurant had great food and the "red ladies" were perfect! The beach was beautiful and not crowded - It also was perfect! We walked up to the high rise hotels and down to the low rise hotels and we can honestly say we were glad we chose to stay here. If we ever are lucky enough to get the chance to come back to this beautiful island, we will be staying here,! Til Next Time!
Begin januari 2014.
12 heerlijke dagen in MVC.
Weer alles zeer goed verzorgd.
Groeten aan Theo en Christie.
Erg schoon en gezellig.
Gratis bedjes op strand aan de overkant
Alleen het ontbijt mag wel wat meer afwisseling in.
Very good hotel, comfortable, welcoming, nice, good breakfast, wifi and its excellent location just 10 minutes from the center of aruba, front of the hotel one of the good beaches for rest. The staff very friendly and attentive.
We traveled to Aruba for the first time at the end of June, to celebrate our honey moon and had a great experience at MVC. The hotel is private, cozy and in front of the best beach ein Aruba. Friendly faces welcome you every day: Christy is super charming and helpful, Theo super kind at the restaurant, making sure that everything is great on your table, and two great ladies Ledys and Jhovany(the room attendants)greet you every morning with big smiles and make sure your room is impeccable, also responded to special requests with eagerness and efficiency. Hi Ledys, great job! You made us feel home. The hotel also has chairs already on the beach waiting for you, and free use of towels. The Tulip restaurant offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Over all, we had a great experience. Thanks MVC team!
Gracias equipo MVC!

My son was married in Aruba, May 2011. As a family, both sides, we all stayed at the MVC Eagle Beach hotel. We had a wonderful time the week we were there. Our rooms were clean and the hospitality of the motel and restraint staff could not be any better.
With the bus stop in front of the hotel you could get any where you wanted and they stopped every 20 minutes. Where ever we went on the island we felt safe and welcomed.
Across the street, a two minute walk, the silky white sand was the best. The sunsets from the balcony in front of our room
My husband and I will go back and stay again. Maybe for our own anniversary next year!
Only suggestion is to schedule one day to stay around the hotel and relax. So many day trips and things to do. Remember to relax one day by the pool or on the beach.
Just returned from a 5-night stay in this little gem of a hotel! I traveled with a friend and for 86 dollars a night, we had essentially two rooms and shared a large bathroom with double sinks and separate toilet and separate shower. One room had a large, king-sized bed and the other, two twins. The rooms are old but sparkling clean and very comfortable. There is a table and two chairs outside every guestroom door.
Now for some specifics. We had read many reviews and some were not so flattering for this hotel. We had read about arriving after 3pm and having to pick up keys inside the restaurant. We did arrive after the office had closed, but in order to get to our room anyway, we had to walk through the restaurant where we were met by Juan who handed us an envelope with our keys. No problem at all. Juan is wonderful and always greets everyone with "one happy island"! The next morning, we stopped by the office, which is right outside the restaurant, and formally checked in on the way to the beach with Christy. Christy greeted us each morning with a smile and any questions we had, was more than willing to assist! She made calls so we could do all the activities we wanted with no hassle what-so-ever! She is amazing.
The restaurant is great and the staff, outstanding. Pauleti (sorry if I misspelled your name) was fabulous, friendly and so very helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was well balanced and yummy. (cost, $8.50) We are morning coffee drinkers so we brought our own coffee pot. The rooms do not supply them.
The housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient and a pleasure to see every day.
On Tuesday evenings, at a resort just down the street is a wonderful buffet and dance show. DO NOT MISS THAT!
Transportation on the island, ridiculously easy! You do NOT need a car. Christy gave us a bus schedule at check in but we did not use it. The bus stops right out front and costs $1.25 to ride or you can by a round trip for 2.30. We never waited more than 5 minutes and there seemed to be very many buses moving constantly! I would have been a bit nervous driving as there are very few stoplights and although the speed limit is well marked, few follow it. Plus, I did not understand the road signs. Taxi to the airport was about $25 each way.
We had read about how difficult moving beach chairs to the beautiful beach across the street was. The hotel supplies beach towels and chairs for free! The chairs are lounge-type and yes, a bit cumbersome, but we 50+ ladies handled that just fine. If you aren't up to carrying chairs, there is a stand on the beach that rents them for 8-10 dollars a day.
We read other reviews complaining about the MVC Eagle's small pool so we knew the pool would be small. Yes, it is. However, there is a very uncrowded huge "pool" right across the street called the ocean! The hotel pool is only about 2 feet deep but on days just wanting to sit in the shade in the numerous shady spots on the property, the pool is perfect to just get wet and get out.
The property has no elevator and we had read about the difficult staircases. We were on the first floor but yes, the spiral staircases may have been a bit tricky with luggage coming in and going out. But they are only one story tall!
Overall, this place is a gem with quality, friendly, helpful staff, excellent location, fabulous uncrowded beach, comfortable and clean rooms and I would highly recommend staying there! This is not a luxury resort but for the price, it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!
